Decent place to stay.
It’s located right in the heart of Funchal, close to the harbor. There’s a roof terrace with nice panoramic views .
Instead of a shower, there’s a bathtub with a plastic curtain in the bathroom.

Very Good
We loved the nice pool, with a perfect view around an the cool bar where we could have a drink sitting on a barchair with our feet in the water. The hotelmanagers at the reception we're just amazing with a lot of energy, kindness and personality! The fridge in the rooms an the airconditioning worked well. The location in the city couldn't bei better!
The bathroom was quite ok, but could maybe need some technical care.

Perfect for a short break. The friendly staff and cleanliness of the hotel were the key for me. were
Good central position. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast selection
Bed could have been more comfortable. Shower and bath very tiny. I coped but would have been a struggle for someone taller or wider. May be down to the age of the property. Very Art Deco - they have clearly done a recent refurb as the communal areas downstairs were very nicely done.
